This was the most disappointing experience. I stored my tires with this company in the fall and had verbal confirmation that off rim changes were possible and that a note was made in the system. When it came time to book my tire change, apparently this note was lost and so my appointment (booked three weeks in advance) was canceled and rescheduled on the woth hours' notice. Leading up to my appointment on more than one occasion I spoke to a technician about needing my brake lights and daytime running lights replaced. I also told them chances are the issue was electrical and couldn't be solved. The technician told me they would bring the lights just incase and do what they could. Fast forward the day of the rescheduled appointment and my headlights, which were working were changed, and my daytime running lights, which were not working were not changed. My brake lights which were repaired by then were, thankfully, untouched. When I followed up about being invoiced for lights that I didn't need, the customer service person compiled a paper trail of their documents explaining why it's my fault that I was charged for the replacement of lights that were working. No resolution was reached, and the only thing that was achieved was the guarantee that I am sharing this experience and taking my buisness elsewhere. Picking and choosing what facts go into a document to prove someone wrong is simple. A company that is actually customer focused does or tries to do what they can to ensure a positive customer experience. Ryan is myopic, pedantic and disingenuous in his handling of this issue. Service was great, from scheduling and the individual who did the oil change was very professional and efficient. So expensive though, I think it went up $40-50 from the last time I got it done, I understand gas prices & inflation increase price to everything, but it was a little much. Probably won't use them again for oil change due to cost, I will take it somewhere for half the price. Service: Oil change
