        I left my glasses on the driver's seat and a little later accidentally sat on it. The glasses did not shatter, but it was bent quite badly. I brought it to the Fairview Mall location and Eqlima fixed it for me immediately without even asking if I was a customer - which I was. No charge, and when finished, Eqlima "very naturally" cleaned the lens a little (probably she could not stand dirty lens!). Such wonderful service, which also applies to all Lens stores I visit. No wonderful they are so successful.

        I had a wonderful experience. Thanks Khashayar for your great service. Khashayar is very knowledgeable and I recommend him to anyone who wants a great pair of glasses. Today May 15, 2023, I visited Lenscrafters to order a pair of eyeglasses for my mom. We had a good experience. The lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable and courteous. I definitely recommend this store to everyone.
