Avoid here if you have any disability. I have a medical condition that prevents me from being able to wear a mask or a shield. I have severe vertigo, PTSD, etc. they didnt apologize for not allowing me to come in, just kept telling me I can go somewhere else made no accommodations for me( besides wear the mask or shield). She literally said if someone coughs or sneezes, she may ask them to leave. Inhumane policies for someone with my medical condition. that not everyone can adhere to, no consideration for my medical condition. I do not want to support an organization that discriminates disabilities.

My wife has a disability and they wouldnt let her into the office! Guys everyone stay away from this place. They practice communism and dont respect peoples disabilities! What a sad place of business! I will share this with my 300 thousand on twitter all based in Toronto and will make sure to stop their business to continue! On the phone with my lawyer after this post!

I Live 5 hours up north and view making the trip here to see Andrew for my orthotics well worth it. He is very knowledgeable & up to date with the latest solutions in his field. Strongly recommend as staff is also friendly & ensure you leave feeling looked after.

We had an elevator shaft roughed in our house when it was being built In case I needed a wheelchair. That was many years ago. I could not walk across the stage to accept my diploma due to the pain of walking. I had other orthotics even from a hospital but still had a lot of pain. Then I purchased orthotics and shoes from Back2Feet. Over time the pain reduced to zero! We never needed the elevator. I highly recommend Back2Feet.
