*EDIT After putting everyone off for months re Covid, fast forward to February 2022; they didn't have the courtesy to let patients know that they're CLOSING FOR GOOD & have left us all with NOWHERE TO GO! Back to zero with NO HELP! DISGUSTING!! No wonder they went under! Yeah, blame OHIP. Try running a facility professionally & maybe this wouldn't have happened! No one answers the phone, even my Doctor can't get a hold of them. I am beyond frustrated. This is what happens when you're an OHIP patient

Doctors are amazing, unfortunately front reception is a mess, never answer the phone, message box remains full for weeks and they don't respond to emails. When I finally got thru, they don't have the proper records on file and they say they'll get back to you but never do. I've been trying to book an apt for 2 months. It's too bad because aside from the front reception, the rest of the staff and doctors are a 10/5!!

Ive been waiting 8 months for a simple letter from Dr. Ganty for Insurance purposes. They rarely answer the phones or respond to emails. My life has been put on hold becauae of them. Pass

I recommend it highly for pain management..Dr.Ganty is the best in his field I'm shocked and beyond disbelief that allevio has closed their doors permanently. I for one was extremely happy and satisfied with their service.I was patiently waiting for my call to reschedule my appointment..I have extremely painful nerve pain..I do not know what to do now.I relied heavily on Dr.Ganty care..to keep me at work..is there somewhere to call? Is Dr.Ganty disbursing his patients to other facilities?..Im upset and is beside myself..and don't know where to turn..

Appears to have closed forever and is continuing to lie to patients about it for months. Unable to get my treatment or get in any contact with this clinic for months. Absolutely disgusting way to treat pain patients. I've been left abandoned and in pain without any warning.
