Very unprofessional. Oleksandr seems not to know what he is doing and he has no due regard for his clients' interests at least from my experience with him and he is a very rude and uncourteous person yet he won't spare your money. Faridah Response to Mr. Oleksandr's reply dated 7/7/2021: You mean you took my money, gave me wrong advice including advising me to stop paying rent, failed to file my amended T2 and T6 and then you started communicating with the proprietors representative behind my back and without knowledge of the facts because you didnot review my documents after getting paid. This indeed reflects your lack of professionalism and of course unethical behavior. Please note that I still have a right to file a complaint against you with the Law society of Ontario. Due to time constraint, I spared you the details but the public ought to know that you are a very unprofessional, unethical and you have poor communication skills which turns into a short temper because you have limited ability to convey complex messages with clarity.

This guy is a real case. I asked him to commission a letter as small claims court was too busy. We agreed upon $50. When I got up there he began editing my letter without my permission and without telling me. When I said I'll pay you now he said its $70 because he edited my letter. Needless to say I walked out and ended up getting it done for $20 (the usual fee for getting a document notarized). Oleksander has many photos of his religion, culture and profession on his cubicle walls but he is an embarrassment to all three. Real scammer!!

Oleksandr filed an action in the LTB and lied that is was NOT a shared rental accommodation in order to have his case heard when there was no juridiction to do so. It was very clear on the lease agreement but he did not submit that. He followed me into the reception area at intermission of the hearing while I was photocopying and threatened me to give his client money or he will nevr stop coming after me. I screamed and hammered on the glass staff enclosure until he left the room. No one helped me. I was terrified for days. It was reported to the LSO and it was assigned to Samil Chagpar who did nothing and he would not speak to me about investigating. I have a disability and because of ongoing abuse I can no longer work. We need to have a separate review committee to police the law society of Ontario as they do nothing to protect the public, as they beleive they are the untouchable elite.
