I have been Dr Elahis patient for so long and have the greatest experience with every procedure I did! He is a fantastic surgeon, very profesional,, kind and friendly, Thank you Dr. Elahi for being there for me!

Saw Dr. Elahi by recommendation of a friend, his diagnosis was good (hence 2 star instead of 1)he booked me for a surgery and her secretary called me 3 months after saying you have been referred to another dr. because "hospital politics does not allow Dr elahi to do that kind of surgery". right there 3+ month my time was burnt without even a dry apology. How does she not know what kind of surgery the doctor is allowed to perform in canada and why is she prenending she did not just waste my time and energy which was completely her fault and avoidable? Came back to Dr Elahi again by a referral back to him by the same secretary and paid cancellation fee to see the doctor by the request of the same secretary only to be waited for 1 hour to be asked "why are you here the dr. is not here" as if I have done something wrong with extreme nonchalant and entitled to waste my time attitude. Even then I asked for a quick phone call to make up for the lost appointment IT HAS BEEN 4 weeks since and no follow up call. The level of rudeness and entitlement and mind games at this office are on the next level. Expect delays, wasted time, getting passed around with meaningless referrals like potato salad while you are in need of medical help.
