Alex showed up when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem with our kitchen drain back-up and fixed it. He gave us tips to help us resolve this problem from happening again. He was extremely professional, efficient and also personable . We have used this company before with the same service and would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing or drainage issues
