I got Milads number from a friend who is a custom home builder. We had a leak from a hose bib into our basement. He came promptly and was always kind and courteous. His quote was half of what some bigger companies quoted me. We were very satisfied with the work. Consequently, we did not hesitate to use him when our sump pump went in the basement. He came 30 min after I called him in the evening to assess the situation at 10 pm. It gave me such peace of mind. Once, again he was quick, efficient, affordable and pleasant. He truly cares about his customers. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again or refer him.
