I recently had some repair work carried out by your plumbing service and unfortunately, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the result. I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it will prompt some changes in the way you conduct business. Firstly, I'm having trouble understanding the reasoning behind the repair work that was carried out. It appears that the washing machine had to be removed to reach the clean-out valve, so it would have made more sense to do this before cutting into the drywall. That way, the drywall wouldn't have been damaged. As a result, I'm left with the added expense and inconvenience of repairing the drywall, which could have easily been avoided. Furthermore, I'm disappointed with the plumber's lack of expertise and professionalism. The fact that there was already a designated access box to reach the cleanout valve makes it all the more incomprehensible that they resorted to damaging the wall. As someone who works in the IT industry, I understand the importance of avoiding unnecessary actions, like reimaging a computer, unless it's truly necessary. The plumber's actions clearly demonstrate a preference for shortcuts rather than taking the time and effort to do the job properly. Lastly, this shoddy work and the unnecessary damage to the drywall. This kind of substandard workmanship is unacceptable and deserves to be addressed. In conclusion, I would not recommend this plumbing service based on my experience. I would appreciate it if you could clarify why the work was done in this manner and ensure that your plumbers are properly trained to handle these kinds of repairs in the future. refused to provide drawings , a written estimate or answer questions about a condo kitec repair Once in the building , workers are dirty , moving dust in hallways Dry wall compound on floors , in tubs , blocking drains The foreman is busy smoking in the parking lot , leaving butts on the ground Still no final price given in writing No written warranty Moneys were taken even BEFORE Jermark had a deal with the Condo Corp On July 22, and July 25 Jermark tried to enter my apt 3 times without my permission Jermark must ceaase and desist from violating my safety and privacy Mark Cohen cancelled my appt I arranged a written contract with other companies AVOID JERMARK completely Service: Plumbing pipe repair
