Dr. Baker is very knowledgeable in his field, compassionate and cares a great deal about his patients! Dr. Baker provided treatment for my son who has autism and was scared to get his feet checked out. Dr. Baker is very patient and understood the challenges of this patient. As a Mom I can't tell you how special that made me feel. My son got fitted for orthotics and is on his way to correct the problem. Turns out I am so pleased that I will be a patient of Dr. Baker! You never are rushed and Dr. Baker diagnosed the problem and how to correct it!! Did I forget to mention Dr. Baker has a great sense of humor! Also the receptionist are fantastic! Baker is good at chatting, making your visit pleasant, but quality of product, his follow-up and any semblance of customer care is bottom-tier, nowhere to be found. I felt downright scammed out of nearly $700 for the insoles he made me, which completely fell apart just a few weeks in. I was adamant for a refund, as, frankly, I've found higher quality insoles off the rack for less than 1/10th the price, but he kept trying to talk his way out, just offering to send them in for a re-fit, which cost a further fee (almost $100 if I recall)... Seriously, these custom orthotics were good for chucking in the bin a few short weeks after I got them- what a sham. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience with Doctor Baker. I came with ingrown toenails problem and was nervous at the beginning. Doctor Baker came in, started treatment and tension disappeared right away. He has the right tools, professional approach, shows you where the problem is and suggests future treatments as well. He has a great personality! I will definitely come back again and recommend him to my friends!

Dr Baker helped me correct my running injury ( Nortons Neuroma) 15 years ago with properly fitted orthodics. I havent had any further marathon running injuries. I highly recommend DR Baker.
