        The school celebrates mediocrity, Valedictorian is chosen based on an essay (not grades), kids who finish first in athletic events are sidelined because "it would make other kids feel bad". Absolutely disgusting approach that creates a bunch of snowflakes who are certain to fail later in life because this approach is absolutely absurd.
