This property cares nothing about people with accessibility issues. The two handicap parking spots are covered in ice and the pathway that is connected to the spots is never cleared; in fact, it appears to have been purposely neglected. Requests to management have been ignored. And to make matters worse, even if the path were free and clear there is a cement barrier with signage blocking the path!!!

Horrible place to live. Our neighbours upstairs are straight up the most disrespectful, loud and unmannerly folk ever as they had no regard for us downstairs and made heavy noise at 3am as the latest recorded time. Reported to management and they said theyll talk to her and thats all that took place thus far....they straight up said when they approach the tenant about the complaints she gives attitude and thats it..... no resolution to the issue. Work orders never get filled....I had a hole in my roof above my head in my bedroom because the tenants above us were doing something that caused a leak through our furnace room into our bedroom. We filled the order in September yet nothing was done. Again the tenants above were screwing around with water which religiously found its way into our kitchen and caused a huge leaking bubble over my stove.... filled a work order on January 30th 2021 and no action on said order yet. To add insult to injury, we learned it was toilet water. The Maintenece team will walk in your house and refuse to put on boot covers on as they walk on your carpet or whatever. One particular Maintenece man is prepared to stand on your furniture and will probably do it with his shoes on if youre not there to oversee the maintenance visit. My honest advice, if you can hold out and find somewhere else you would be better off doing so. We didnt complete our year lease couldnt even do 5 months before we left.
