I moved in 25 paisley blvd last month. Honestly I love Jean! She is the most kindest supervisor. She always responds instantly whenever needed, she is very soft and makes you comfortable while talking to her. On the other hand, The building is clean and safe. There are no bugs or insects in my sight. The rent is very affordable and suitable as compared to other apartments.

Unfortunately after working in this building for the past 20 years they've hired a new Management Company Grant Properties with a so called man names Viktor. Since this man came into the pictures we've had nothing but problem one after the other. He is completely useless and doesn't give a damn about tenants. Considering the thousands of dollars we spend a month in rental charges we should be able to feel safe where we live and/or work. Don't waste your breathe on this low life.

I've lived in the buildings at Orton Park and Lawrence for 10 years and since this company has taken ownership of our properties everything has gone downhill. Parking rates went from $25-30/mth for an outdoor spot to $75, and underground spots also skyrocketed. New rentals shot up +20%. Elevators are always broken. Doors are always jammed and unlocked. And for what? The management they've put in place of the other building (3950) is horrendous. Never have I had so many troubles trying to do something simple as paying my rent after hours (I work late and commute, so I'm not always home right at 5pm). I've had so many negative experiences with the managers in that building I will wait until my Supers are back on duty to deal with any issues I have. The managers of my building, Tim and Julie, have always been wonderful and have never had a problem with them. Thankfully they stayed after the new management took over, as I could only imagine how terrible things would be in our building if we had the supers the other building does. As many have said on here, steer clear and look elsewhere. You can find a better place with a company that cares about their tenants and not just about collecting rent.
