I cannot say enough good things about Dana Bell. She is dedicated and thorough and realistic and professional. She knows her stuff. She walked me through SO MANY houses, I lost count, and in the end helped me make the best choice for my family. She helped with so many other aspects of the process as well - from envisioning how to maximize the space, to running the numbers on an anticipated monthly budget, to connecting me to well-priced and professional resources in her network (mortgage broker, real estate lawyer, home inspector, handyman, painter, and even mover!) When you get Dana, you get a whole lot of value and a whole team of great people to make buying a house a pleasant and affordable experience. She gets to understand the sellers and strategizes accordingly. She is just amazing. And she's way more than my realtor now - she's my friend! I LOVE DANA BELL!
