        An absolute scumbag company who tries to embezzle funds via TMI. Overcharges for services and does not take responsibility for repairs and maintenance that they blatantly overcharge for. None of the tenants in our building are satisfied with this property management company, if I had the choice I would never had signed this lease. Please check your statements and billing carefully when dealing with these people

They are really helpful and is always willing to walk an extra mile giving out a helping hand even in some situations, it is not their responsibilities to deal with. Good job, Comfield!

        If at all possible, stay away from this company. We've had them managing our building for six years now and it is always a crisis with them and very little reliable or believable information.
