        This building is not a good building to rent from. They have a bed bug issue, the 9th floor smells like the garbage truck. The elevators are never working properly and the building has a terrible garbage problem on the outside. If you miss 1 months rent due to a problem they take you to the landlord and tenant board and they simply don't care. Never rent from here the apartment is just a disappointment
