Prudential is hands down the most organised, responsive, professional, and accommodating property management company I've ever worked with. As President of the Board at my condo, I can't say how seamlessly they manage all of our accounts and information, coordinate our maintenance and repair needs, facilitate our meetings, and strive to make our condo as clean and comfortable as it can be. Our building has had a few different management companies in recent years, and there is no comparison to the stellar work of Prudential (who we've worked with for the last two years so far). I hope they never leave!

Horrible company to run a building. We have had numerous negative encounters with them and they constantly lie and try to avoid accountability and responsibility for their actions. No transparency or even just basic human decency in contacting you to explain decisions that may effect you or your business. I have dealt with numerous property management companies and this one has to be one of the worst. Would not recommend if your looking for quality property management.

Good Experience! I needed to end the tenancy early due to change of my plan, it got kindly solved in a relative short period of time. I appreciate that.
