        STAY AWAY !!!! Worst Managemnt company ever. I applied for a unit at the Kipton and was told the application was declined. Asked why and first they said credit and then they said income. MAKES 0 sense since its 3 people working full time and we have okay credit with one person having exceptional credit. Asked for an explanation and instead of being nice & just offering an explanation the manager (Arnold) simply doesnt respond to me and (Mattia) leasing agent literally sent me a text telling me that I need to stop texting him for an explanation because hes blocking me. I feel completely discriminated against because how do I get accepted to every OTHER building but this one the application is declined with NO REASON. I feel like they have discriminated and violated my human rights code. All I wanted was a solid explanation as to why and I feel like its just because of my age. THIS IS A CUSTOMER FACING JOB like YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO BETTER AND BE NICER. completely shocked and will never recommend to anyone.
