Shane was very ethical, and also at the same time was detailed in explaining my strengths and weaknesses.         We had a fantastic experience with the Neuropotential Clinics; right from the intake to delivering the final report. Our 11yr-old son and 10yr-old daughter underwent psychoeducational assessments with them: the professionals we worked with were extremely thorough & patient. They took the time to properly understand each childs unique background and our family dynamic. The kids found the in-person assessments comfortable with adequate instruction and guidance provided ahead of each activity. The results debrief sessions to present the process and results to us (parents) ahead of receiving the report was extremely helpful - by the time we received the very comprehensive report with the results + recommendations, we had a very good understanding of what we were reading. We will definitely return to Neuropotential Clinics should we need any of the services they provide in the future. Thank you very much Rajneel & Shane for a fantastic experience, and thank you so much for the immense care and detailed feedback every step of the way!
