Totally recommending psychotherapy services at Beedar Centre! I have been their patient for over a year, having regular weekly sessions with Fereshteh Samenipour, the Founder. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, knows fully what she is doing while providing professional care in a very open but safe environment, free of any biases and/or judgments. Follow ups are well done in the beginning of every session, leading remainder of discussions to relevant concerns. Therapy sessions are very interactive and communication flows very naturally and freely. Fereshteh takes time to first listen to client very carefully and patiently, and then provides her very clear, thoughtful, detailed, and well structured advice. Every question is also fully answered without rush. Administrative staff at Beedar Centre are also very attentive, helpful, friendly, and professional. I am obviously noticing the positive effects of my psychotherapy process on becoming more aware of my emotional and mental status.This is enabling me to be more in charge of managing my overwhelming emotional challenges in much mindful ways. I truly believe that every person needs and could benefit alot from psychotherapy process in order to become the better and even the best version of themselves!
