        Dead slow computers. Not worth wasting your time if you are visiting for printout services.

        Went there to take print outs. Super slow computers making it difficult to browse and finally after struggling for 45 mins, ended up leaving without the print outs.

        This is the best library I have been to in so many years residing in Canada. Compared to Jane/Sheppard and Keele/Wilson, this one is the best by far. The staff are very helpful, patient, understanding, and respectful. The kids/teens' noise is very much under control by security. Kudos I truly recommend it to everyone . However, there's a small issue, there's an Asian lady there who wears glasses, and she is not from this branch. She's from jane, and sheppard branch. She has a nasty attitude. Just be mindful.
