North York Emery Swimming Pool

I used to go here when I was 13, and while the pool is very much underfunded it was a great place to learn swimming, shout out to David my favourite swim instructor of all time

In past years, whenever It was cancelled, they always gave days of extension. This year they cancel twice at the last minute with the trivial excuse of a technical issue and don't even give a day of extension because they say it's a free service. But they are paid with taxpayer money.

This pool is not open 24 hours. There is a registration procedure as well. Please update the information on google. I called the number and it led to a voicemail. This was a waste of time.

Lessons were great. My kids highly enjoyed it. Biggest downfall is that the facility is very dated and needs a lot of upgrades. Changerooms and showers are much to open publically for my liking.
