I did some business with Esther and she took my money and gave me the wrong product. When I called to asked to get a replacement or have it fixed she didn't pick up the phone. She refused to answer her phone or return my calls to discuss the problem. She sent two text messages to tell me that she did nothing wrong and ignored my calls. Terrible business practices by this business.

I asked Esther to make some business cards and after bringing it home I noticed she misspelled some of the text. I asked to get it fixed and she said she spelled it correctly where instead of Ultimate she wrote Altimate. She also used the wrong paper to print the cards. She then ignored my calls and I never heard from her again. Dishonest and terrible customer service.
