katie needs to take a course on landlord and tenant law. she sent a threatening letter to my friend which was not legal edit: there is no misunderstanding. your employee katie sent a threatening letter to a tenant of her client telling them that she can not have guests over and that they must either a) add them to the lease and a new lease would be created and rent would be required from them or b) they vacate the suite and do not come back (this is what she said was her preference) or c) that they find another rental unit. this is against the law. she has no legal right to tell them that they can not have guests over. you also mention your policies, if this is indeed an actual policy of your company, that is illegal.

This is our second successful sale with Zach Galbraith and we are extremely happy and would highly recommend him to any investors out there that require guidance on their real estate journey. He offered us full-service from start to finish. After, we decided that we would like to renovate and sell, he assisted us at every level. He helped negotiating a fair and amicable deal with our existing tenants, arranged appointments with contractors to obtain estimates to start the Renos to be ready for the fall market. After a few unforeseeable hiccups that were out of our control he still kept us on track with our aggressive timeline. There were many moving parts with major renovations including two kitchens and a full Reno of the main floor as well as capturing a great curb appeal. He worked extremely hard at every aspect of this project to ensure its success. Hes great to work with and coordinated several services from inspection to staging as well as professional photos offering us a higher level of service than we expected. He positioned our sale to be nothing other than successful. He took steps to ensure that it was expertly advertised and positioned correctly during an unexpected market of twist and turns. He has a great attitude and positive energy that is infectious. It was a great experience working with Zach and the outcome was multiple offers and SOLD 144k over asking that we were extremely happy with. Thanks again Zach

Zach Galbraith helped us purchase a condo for my parents in June of 2022. He not only found us the perfect place in the perfect building, but has made himself available for other services over the past months. The concierge services offered by the agency are comprehensive and have been imparted to my parents for the foreseeable future. I was a new real estate investor in 2022, my family and I were obviously nervous and full of questions. We had the opportunity to work directly with Zach Galbraith, who continuously went above and beyond any of our expectations and provided us with exceptional service unlike anything we have experienced.
