        Jake Goldfarb is an extremely unprofessional agent - made a deal with him regarding an assignment sale. He does not have the experience or the knowledge to complete the transaction and had me waiting for days. Zero communication - not to mention his attitude was rude and condescending! If this is the service you get from Forest Hill Real Estate - I'd recommend you to stay away. Find a professional brokerage with experienced agents - there are many out there!
