Peter helped me buy and sell my Toronto condo, and I can't recommend his services enough. The purchase coincided with a death in the family. Juggling matters was extremely difficult and Peter was in my corner the entire time, going above and beyond to make sure everything worked out in the best possible way and giving me the confidence to proceed with the deal. The recent sale was sudden, due to an unexpected out-of-town job offer. Peter leapt into action and had the condo staged and listed practically in the blink of an eye. He went out of his way to make sure I was able to get what I wanted from the transaction. I've recommended Peter to everyone for the last 3 years and even though I don't live in Toronto anymore, will absolutely continue to do so.

I was looking to get my first commercial lease in order to start my new business. My business premises would require complex zoning by-laws and a very specific type of location. I tried doing my own search and it didnt really get me anywhere. Then my paths crossed with Peter. I cant explain how helpful and informative he was. He knew how and where to guide me, the best part was I felt no pressure or obligation to sign a lease until I was completely comfortable with it. Peter is extremely professional and very thorough in explaining things to his clients. Im looking forward to making my future real estate transactions with Peter. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
