Ani was referred to us by a friend. Being first time homebuyers we had so many questions and concerns. Ani took the time to go through the steps in detail. She helped us organize our paperwork for the financing process and made sure that we were fully prepared before even we started our property search. We visited several properties and each time she would point out readily the pros and cons of each unit and never rushed us to make a decision. When we finally found the property we really liked, she moved swiftly to secure the unit for us.
