Making a move from a house that youve lived in and loved living in for forty years is an enormous and overwhelming experience, both physically and emotionally. When considering which realtor to use I looked for someone who would provide me with understanding, knowledge and honesty. Upon reflection, I realize that meeting Jill and eventually her whole team, I knew that I had found that special agent and agency. I loved the team approach with each member of the team providing a special talent and skill. I was never pushed, always quickly responded to and given a total white glove approach! The results were an amazingly easy and quick sale with very positive results. I cant say enough about what a phenomenal job Jills Team did to market and sell my home. I am particularly pleased with the results given the current challenging real estate conditions. .Jills Teams knowledge of the real estate market was apparent when we moved forward with a unique pricing strategy, which ultimately resulted in the sale my home. Jills wonderful team took care of every detail: staging, recommending movers, and most importantly helping me downsize. Given that I have moved into a retirement home, I was very worried about getting rid of the belongings that I had accumulated after 50+ years in my home. I was reassured that my only concern was to select the items I wanted to take to my new home. Jills Team took care of everything else by coordinating an auction. After some research we settled for Jill's team. We quickly found that they truly are a team. They went far above what we expected from a real estate brokerage firm. There was no pressure, only calm sensible support.
