I would give Rasha more stars if I could. The entire process of preparing, listing, and managing offers was handled seamlessly. Not only was Rasha great to work with but her strategic thinking with respect to the sale of our condo unit was spot on. Rasha is the definition of a consummate professional. Not only did Rasha help me and my fiance find our dream condo, she spent a week negotiating, behind-the-scenes, with a very difficult seller.
