I worked with Alex for the better part of a year. He helped me both sell my condo and also helped me purchase a home. I could not be more satisfied with both of those experiences. Entering the real estate realm can be a very intimidating process, but Alex is extremely knowledgeable and is able to teach his clients so that they're more informed. His customer service is impeccable and I aways felt very confident with my decision making thanks to him. I have lived in my home for more than 31 years. This home means everything to me and it is rare to find someone who treats it with as much respect as Alex. He walked me through every step of selling my home, never rushing and always answering all my questions in a timely manner. He was patient, attentive and guided me without any pressure. My home sold over asking within a week. I could not have done it without Alex and could not be happier with Alex's help. After thoroughly searching for and attending numerous in-person consultations with other Realtors in Toronto, I finally found Alex. He is the most knowledgeable, thorough, experienced, and professional agent Ive ever met. His work is impeccable and his team is outstanding! I had a detached home I had listed with him and Im ecstatic with the results. He fully briefed me on what to expect and that it would take a little longer due to market conditions, however he was confident that I would be able to get the price I want. We had a few low ball offers which I was okay with but he was adamant that those were too low and had noted for me to wait. With a little patience, he worked his magic. Take the time to do your due diligence. You will see quickly that Alex is different and is there to protect solely your best interest. I have had bad experiences in the past with other Realtors. So when choosing the next realtor to list my house, I was extra careful, did ample due diligence, and interviewed multiple Realtors. Alex came out on top with his in depth market knowledge, a strong and confident personality who you can rely on to sucessfully negotiate on your behalf and charisma and passion for real estate. Believe me when I say that his services are worth its weight in gold and his professionalism is second to none. Completely changed my perspective on how I view Realtors. Most importantly, you can always reach him and count on him if you have any concerns however minor. Best realtor in Toronto with best customer service and a honest approach.
