*** Not Recommended. we are very Disappointed at Moe Appraise Service, He has No Understanding of The Real Estate Market. He is also Working as an appraiser. But When we checked the AIC (Appraiser Institute of Canada) we were not able to Find His Name under Members. This Guy Has Zero Knowledge in Appraise, He doesn't know the right approach to Appraise a Property.

Moe Keramati represented me in a lease when I was looking for a condo in downtown Toronto. Moe was exceptionally patient with me, always finding the time to accommodate my challenging schedule. Moe is incredibly personable and is very easy to get along with. Most importantly however, I found Moe to be honest and trustworthy. He is genuine, and will not recommend just any particular property unless it truly fulfills his client's criteria. Moe is committed to helping his clients, is very professional, and for these reasons, I would highly recommend Moe to anyone requiring assistance with their real estate needs.
