I am a new comer to Canada and due to the current situation I was really worried about getting a place to live. Tony and Ann really made me feel comfortable from day 1 and assured me to help. They personally helped me to view a number of listings and finally got the lease agreement done for the place I liked. Can't say enough great things about Ann & Tony! They are highly professional, knowledgeable, genuine, have a high attention to detail, and work with your best interest in mind. After a countless number of viewings in a short span of time, they were able to find us a home in Mississauga that included everything on our checklist. We had such a positive experience selling our house with Ann and Tony. Our situation was a little bit difficult as we were moving out of the province and we had to sell our house fast. I felt lost in the beginning but found out right away that Ann and Tony had our backs all the way through. Whatever we needed they were there. We felt very secure leaving our house in their hands prior to selling. Our house sold in exactly a week. This is amazing considering this is right before Christmas! We would highly recommend Ann and Tony for anyone looking for help with real estate needs. Trying to sell and buy a home can be a super stressful process, however Ann and Tony went above and beyond to help us through this daunting process. They are super easy to talk and were always available to answer our multitude of questions in regards to the sale and purchase process. They literally put hours of work to stage our home for success and the end result was absolutely phenomenal! They really have an eye for bringing the best out of a home. We received feedback from several of the buyers agents that our property showed the best from the similar homes in our area.
