Mason helped us find a house we couldnt even dream of when we started our search! But this wasnt the first time he helped us. We came to Canada 6 years ago, no money, no job, no guarantors. Just two helpless newcomers. We were certain we will end up in an old dirty rental apartment but he - as extraordinary as he is- found us a spacious newly built condo apartment with amazing amenities in North York. We loved the condo. When the time came for us to purchase a house I couldnt think of anyone else but MASON. Why? Because he creates relationships with sellers and their agents based on trust. he is humble, he is patient. Sellers love him. He cared about our purchase. He looked at the process as an educational journey. When we started the search he told us the house you buy at the end of this journey will be very different from what you are imagining now. AND I AM GLAD HE WAS RIGHT. His knowledge about his work surprised me many times. I probably stress-called him millions of times during the whole process because I was always freaked out, but he managed our emotions very well. He was always available, even after the purchase he went beyond and made himself available for a number of times just so we can go measure the space and plan for furniture. He believes in building long term relationships with clients. I cant tell you enough, but I tell one thing, I am a very happy client who is moving to her gorgeous house tomorrow :)
