Real and proficient human beings who chose to be real estate agents, It has been long overdue for this review. I have never believed that there will be the day I write the review for real estate agents. I got skew by my first real-estate agent (ask me personally who). To be totally, transparent I used to feel that the commission fee is on the high side for the roles. Also, I often dont like when most real estate agents come to me and said my job is to help a home owner find a home. To me helping indicate that a person give more than what they get. Or do something that another person cant do without anything in return. That is helping. Otherwise, it is an exchange. And having engineering and finance as my back-ground, there are a lot of thing we can figure out ourselves. That being said, working with Albert and Andrew flip my world and my perception about real estate agent. My hat is off for them. And it is true that you will know the true ability of a person when you are running into difficult case. And that exactly what happen to us. We have to sell one of our condo on assignment in which the name belongs to non-Canadians. The tax policy become very complicate. I meant very very complicate. Andrew was definitely on top of everything. He even drew a flow chart of the process to show us. Seriously, I only see engineer do that. I asked him whether his previous job was engineer. He said no. But his organization skill, analytical mind is totally engineering by nature. I know I meet my match. I felt safe and know that Andrew will handle this case as if I were to do it myself. Not only they have a high capability, but they are also great people. The minute I talk to Albert, I felt his natural calmness and high ethic. He is not all about money which I often sense from most real estate agents. He didnt come across as trying to impress client with the way he carries himself. He is just a good down to earth and real person. I love the energy he sent out. I know I can work with this person and I can trust him. My intuition has proven me right! They are not just a real estate agent. They are high standard professional with great hearts. In order for me to work with someone I need to see 3 things: 1. Good and kind heart 2. Skillful and can do what I cant (and that is not simple since I am a forever student and almost a rocket scientist..lol) 3. Down to earth Working with Albert and Andrew make me understand the spirit of this profession and why we need it in the first place. It wasnt really about selling or buying a property. It is about doing the best the situation required. It is about being honest to themselves, to us as client and to the situation. I am so grateful I met them. And now, I am the one who would not let them go. I feel like if I have to deal with difficult case again. I dont have to be the one who go figure it out because I have Andrew and Albert. Thank you so very much to you both. Also. They sold my assignment more than the asking. Andrew had work out his magic. I can write a lot more about them. But I think it will be a book. Albert and Andrew are great! This is my second time working with Albert and I'm glad we chose him to help find our new home. They were very accommodating and quick to respond. They provided lots of insight and helped pick out the right neighborhoods for us. They helped us find our perfect home in under 3 weeks!

Buying a home for the first time can be one of the most daunting experiences of your life. Luckily, Albert was there to guide us through every aspect and concern that can come up. Albert had infinite patience with us while we looked through a large number of listings to finally find a home that suited both our needs. He fought hard for us when the time came to bid on a house and was always transparent and honest to set the right expectations and keep us in the loop. One of the biggest takeaways from my experience with Albert was how much knowledge he had to share and continues to share post sale. Hes incredibly personable with a very tailored approach that speaks to how passionate he is about pairing his clients with the right home. We will definitely be working with Albert & Nama Group again for our next home purchase.
