From the moment i met Nima and Devaney in October of last year to discuss the sale of my house I felt at ease with them. Very Professional but not the stiff kind. They explained the expectations from the seller and the agent which is them. Very supportive thru out the process until my house was sold. It took less than three weeks for the renovations to complete and the house listed and sold in 7 days and of course above asking. Aside from being supportive they have a lot of great recommendations , suggestions and resources in the industry. I strongly recommend them. Ps they have a fantastic stager Sima ( Agents choice staging). Update: Buying a house. Thank you Devaney for the unwavering support as my agent buyer.
