I feel grateful for being connected with Brandon prior to purchasing my new home and selling my condo. Prior to meeting Brandon, I dealt with some agents that were quite pushy, uninformed and didn't seem to actually care about my best interest. Brandon was not only very patient, he was extremely informative and provided me with information and education which ultimately helped me feel more comfortable with my decisions. I enlisted Brandons services in 2019 to find a rental house in the Aurora/Stouffiville area. At the time I was incredibly naive pertaining to just how challenging it is to find a place to rent (especially in that location). From the get go I thought there was a very quick turn-around in terms of selecting properties and actually seeing them additionally he was very flexible about scheduling times that worked for me (even in the evenings) and would send new listings as I requested. I appreciated that he was honest about the reasons why my rental applications were being declined and how incredibly challenging it is to find a place to rent (I had a hard time understanding at first as I had a great credit score and was financially sound). He recommended some supplemental materials to the information I was providing on the rental applications (and without lying!) that would help convince a landlord I was a good fit (considering I was between jobs). I ended up finding a great place in the rural Stouffville area that met the key criteria I was looking for. If you were to press me on things he might have done better, they were only minor (ie: At one location we could not find the key to get into the house though I think it may have been more of a mis-communication issue from the listing agent as we searched high and low!). Overall I think he did a great job, and I think honesty goes a long way.

Highly recommend Brandon! I owe him many thanks for all the effort he put into helping me find and land an apartment when I was in great need. This was my first apartment and I was very anxious while trying to pick a place, and hoping I would be approved. Not only did Brandon help me score the apartment that I have now, but I also thank him for standing by my side when I was having issues with my landlord wanting to evict me for no fault of my own. I'd like to thank Brandon a ton for all of the effort that he made with me on my hunt for an apartment! I know that over a year and a half later I'm still satisfied, and I also know if you go with Brandon, you will be too!
