Lawrence is very knowledgeable about the housing markets. Provides top notch service to his clients. I wanted to sell my condo in Downtown Toronto but I am currently residing in the US. Lawrence assisted me every step of the way. Took care of my out going renter. And staged my place beautifully. He was right on with the pricing. I sold my condo at full asking price.
