Simona De Lorenzo was well aware that she provided false documentation for her clients (the prospective tenants) and was no where to be found after problems arise. Her clients trashed the property causing EXTENSIVE damage to the property!!! BEWARE OF THIS SHADY brokerage and its agents!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Robert is amazing real estate agent with great customer service skills and experience in his field. He is always looking after his client's best interests without adding any pressure, offering guidance and putting them at ease, when a client has any concerns.. He was very understanding and empathetic during a challenging time in my life as I was selling a longtime family property. I would recommend him highly (he has helped us 2-3 times over the years) as he is always there for his /her client and is a very honest individual who ensures that his /her client needs are achieved. Great experience and a very caring individual who won't disappoint.

Visiting Muskoka in the fall of 2015 I saw a billboard advertising Four Seasons Condos near Peninsula Lake. We have been coming to Muskoka for 50 years, and now we wanted a retirement home away from home. I booked an appointment to view the model suite, liked it, but knew I needed help with a pre-construction purchase. I wanted a Sales Person who is experienced in pre-construction sales, and wand didn't have a conflict of interest as in working for the Builders/Real Estate Company, but for me only. I have known Robert Nardi for 21 many years, his expertise, in all facets of Real Estate, Resale, Pre-Construction and Commerial as well as Accounting is assuring to me. In discussing the purchase with Robert, I felt at ease, because he listens and knew what I was looking for and what I could affort. His advise throughout the long buying process was invaluable. Since I purchased the Condo the value of the Unit almost doubled in value. Great customer service, was a pleasure to deal with. Building also had free parking which was a plus. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.
