Funny story which ended in a learning experience for all parties involved!! I called Amaal by mistake thinking the agent who was in her Realty left and she had taken over. Instead of telling me to call the other agent she took her time to understand my situation, took all the info & questions I needed answered and went to the agent herself to get them for me. Called me back and let me now what was going on and gave great advice on how I should proceed. She went above and beyond even when there wasn't anything guaranteed from this one call and even took her time to help and give advice when she could have ended the call much earlier. I leave this review because she made such an impact and I technically didn't even get any work done or compensate her. Talk about somebody who's truly understands service. When an opportunity arises I'll definitely contact her!

She does her homework and that makes our life easier. 4. She is punctual and good at time management. 5. She handles complete transactions very smoothly. Above all I can say, she is a good Real Estate agent to get you the right property with less hassle.
