As a first-time home buyer, Marco was incredibly patient and attentive to our needs, but was incredibly informative by walking us through the home buying process, and helping us better understand the current market. He really took the stress off of us, made this an enjoyable process by showing us tons of homes, and was always honest with his opinion on what he thought would be most beneficial for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, and really vouched for us when we were putting in an offer for a home. Marco is incredible, and I can't thank him enough for helping us become first-time home buyers. Marco came through for my girlfriend and I this past week. We are first time home buyers and really didnt know where to start. He took the time to find out what our needs and wants were. Marco was so proactive and found so many listings based on our criteria. He took the stress off my back because it was clear he knew what we were looking for and had our best interests in mind. When it came time for viewings he scheduled them so that we had plenty to see but not so much that it was overwhelming. When it came time to put in a bid for our home, Marco kept us updated along every step of the way. There were competing offers but we came up on top. Were honestly so glad we met him and became his client. He made this home buying process a breeze. But it was evident he worked so hard for us because we fell in love with the property the day before the bidding date and he got all the documents organized in time for it! Were looking forward to our move in date in our new home!

I cannot put into words how grateful (and lucky!) I am to have had Marco represent me as a new home buyer. He listened to me every step of the way, and it was obvious from the moment we started hunting for homes, that he had only my best interests at heart. Hes an incredibly patient guy (who showed me a TON of properties) and was always brutally honest about each one, never trying to push a sale. When we finally found my dream home, he helped to negotiate 100k off the listing price, and even after his commission was earned he did all the due diligence to ensure the house was pristine before closing. He truly goes above and beyond what anyone could ever expect from your own family member, let alone your realtor. Even now, after closing, he is helping me with a crew of cleaners, contractors, painters you name it!! So as to make this house truly a home for me. I cannot recommend him enough! If youre looking to buy a home in Toronto, trust me, Marco is your man.

We were initially working with a different realtor. The realtor advised us that we didn't need to stage the place, so we didn't. But then we saw the photos they uploaded and it showed off the place very poorly considering how much work we put into it. Two weeks went by and a few showings and only one low ball offer. So we decided to switch. Marco and his team helped us stage and photograph the place so it really shines compared to the other listings at the time. We were aiming for a certain price and we were worried with the market downturn that we wouldn't be able to get that price anymore. After the listing went up, one day later, we got an offer for close to the price we were looking for and managed to get exactly the price we wanted. Before I settled with Marco, I shopped around with a couple other realtors and the realtors were really trying to bump down my expectations for the place but Marco was the only one that confidently said we'd be able to get over 800k for it, so very happy with the results. Marco also took care of a lot of things to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Would highly recommend his services. I cannot stress how big a difference the photos before and after Marco were. I showed the photos to many friends and family and they also said it was such a huge difference and looked so much better.
