        Stay away from Mario Mendoza. Everything was fine, until my prospective landlord tried to pull out after the contract was signed and Mario completely ghosted me. I called, texted, emailed, called the office and left messages for him multiple times and never heard back. That was months ago. Got his cut and got out. Extremely unimpressed.

        Recently, I went on a difficult journey which is looking for a house to buy in 2020 and everybody knows its impossible to buy a house these days and I met Manoj Atri and suddenly everything changed and very easy.
