I called today after numerous emails that went unanswered. My last correspondence; I emailed Nov 2, 2021 with my Final registration on my condo purchase to obtain my $500 IKEA gift card. Finally, after 10+ phone calls a live person answered, refused to provide her name and hung up at 11:29 am today. I am posting this review as a warning to others, that it was the worst customer service and after fulfilling my part of the contract this was the the reply- a hung up call. In fact when I called my broker, he stated he had other clients reported "hung up calls". That is the worse customer service given they walk away with at least 2.5% commission rate. Shame on them and a warning this will be reported to the appropriate governing bodies- the saying goes you can fool some of the people some of the time, BUT not all of the people all of the time. Too bad I could not rate a 0 Stay away from this company!
