As a real estate investor and business owner I have worked with hundreds of agents across multiple cities, and I can confidently say Sandy is one of the best agents I've met to date. She really takes the time to understand my wants and interests and doesn't waiver on that just to get a deal done. Her clients interest always come in front of her own. She is knowledgable about the markets she covers and always provides good perspective on why a particular property might, or might not be the right fit for me. I also like that she isn't afraid to hustle to get a property sold or hustle for her buyers to find them the perfect fit. But not only is Sandy a great agent, she's just a really awesome person. Sandy is a very efficient realtor. She helped me find the right apartment when I was renting and later, buy the perfect house for my goals. Her guidance was key to understand the intricacy of the housing market. She helped me see critical features of properties and defects that were not visible at first sight. I became an educated buyer and her attention to details helped me make an informed decision. She is a fantastic negotiator and I won my first bid right away! Sandy went above and beyond, helping me find a designer, electrician etc. A fantastic experience! Highly recommended.
