Working with Danielle was such an amazing experience. I was looking for a realtor who could help me in renovating my townhouse before putting it on the market. Danielle and Sam put me in contact with a contractor who did an excellent job with the renovations and in a timely and cost efficient manner. She sold the property within days, over asking and with multiple offers in a down market. She was then able to find me the perfect condo to purchase. The whole process could not have gone any better, thanks to her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.

I wanted to start by saying that Danielle has been the most professional real estate broker ever and just an amazing person to work with, honestly from the onset of searching for our condo in downtown Toronto to the final purchase, we couldn't of asked for a better experience. We came from out of town and had no idea what to expect but she handled everything from start to finish, even our bank manager commented on what a great job she was doing, I want to finish in saying that Danielle is a true example on what a real estate broker should be and a lot more, thank you again Danielle for everything and hope to work with you in the future.

I can not explain how helpful Danielle was and how next level her knowledge is! I was a first time buyer and Danielle went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, confident and completely in the know on EVERYTHING. I had so many questions (Likely so annoying!!) and Danielle always replied very promptly and even called if the answer could be a bit confusing. Danielle always has time for her clients and is dedicated to making sure you have all the information and are satisfied. She walked me through all the processes expertly and knew everything that had to be done(Even gave me a heads up on things that were going to happen!) I would give Danielle my highest recommendation and will be contacting her if I sell and then buy again.
