My wife and I were looking for townhouse with elevators when the property market experiencing a downturn in 2022. Steve has been very helpful in showing us the listings of what we were looking for. Since buying a property for me is partly for upgrade of living condition and partly for investment, we decided (last month) to put our money into equity and bond investment and therefore terminated our desire for a townhome. For the last number of months (almost a year), Steve had provided us an extremely friendly and professional services which we must give a great THANK to. If we had another chance for property broker service, we will definitely find Steve to represent us.
