Cynthia was able to sell our condo so fast after just one week of listing, and attracted 15+ showings, and that was impressive because it was November which is a low season, and during the high interest rates market. Cynthia was able to negotiate with the buyer and convinced them to go up 15k higher price. Cynthia has a great taste in staging the design and a talented artistic team to support her.
