He explained the pros and cons of each property very well that he showed to us. He was easy to reach out at any time and replied to all of our questions promptly. Martin is amazing and was able to found us the right apartment in a very short time! I contacted many realtors to request showing appointments but none of them make any effort to come back to me... Martin helped us to find a condo in such a short notice, that was awesome. He actually runs the extra-mile for his clients. Very patiente, careful and very organized. The cool thing is, he helped us to find a place not to buy but to rent, so once we are ready to buy I am not gonna have to go through the headache of looking for a trusty real state agent as we already found Martin!

We had the pleasure of working with Martin Malchev on a recent home purchase for our son and partner. The experience was excellent. Martin is an amazing real estate agent. Always answered my questions super quickly and thoroughly. Was very professional at all times. Also he was able to find me (a student!) an apartment to lease in less than a week. 10/10 recommend him!
