Stephanie is honestly the most amazing realtor. I was put in a tricky situation with my old landlord. She suddenly wanted to sell the home I was living in right after Christmas. I called Stephanie who I have been using for years and told her the situation I was in. I didnt want be in a house that was going to be shown at any given time during the Christmas holidays knowing that as of January I was going to have to move out. It was just going to be a stressful time. Stephanie being the amazing realtor that she is, got right on the ball. She didnt waste anytime. Within 2 hours she had a list of houses that fit our criteria to check out. She works very fast and efficiently contacting other realtors and landlords setting up viewings of properties. Within 24 hours we found and were accepted for a beautiful new build house. Due to her amazing skill set , personality, motivation, drive and the care for others she got the job done. She even went as far as leaving a little house warming gift for us the day we moved in. 10/10 rating
