We have worked with Lauren over the past several years, buying two properties and selling one with her and the Mills Team. We have been so impressed with both the buying and selling experience! We can genuinely say that we would not have found our first home without Lauren's guidance, but she knew what we were looking for and was able to see a diamond in the rough that we wouldn't have considered on our own. When it came time to sell that home several years later, Lauren and her team did an amazing job preparing it and staging it for sale, really maximizing its value. Don't work with realtors that put you on auto email lists and say "call me when you see something you like". Work with Lauren Rebecca and The Mills Team and THEY will call you when THEY see something you will like. Don't work with realtors that tell you your property is fine and we should list it tomorrow. Work with Lauren Rebecca and The Mills Team and they will spend a week with contractors, cleaners, staging professionals and movers to maximize the value of your home. Lauren Rebecca cares. We have bought two homes and sold one with Sarah and the Mills Team. The service from the whole team is unparalleled when buying a new home; from sharing and vetting listings to save time, to thoughtful insights while visiting potential homes, priceless guidance on how best to position an offer. We have recommended Sarah to 4 different friends and family and their feedback always echoes our experience. When selling our home we would have been lost without Sarah and the team. They made recommendations for contractors, small changes and staging that would show the house in the best light. Their marketing and open house strategy brought a ton of traffic through our home and resulted in multiple offers - the final result was a sale that far exceeded our expectations.
