We recently sold a house, and we had an amazing experience working with Paul Thapar. Paul was patient, diligent, and most importantly, trustworthy. We selected his team from internet due to his best selling record, and I am still impressed by his professional work. He knows everything, and he cares about our opinions and any concerns. He is definitely an awesome person. In such a cold real estate market, he can still bring so many buyers viewing my house. He could have only one open house, but he did 3! To ensure the best quality of his work, he almost took care of everything in person, from home staging, renovation, feedback collection and almost all the communication with us. He's probably one of the best communicators I've ever met. Although we didnt get our ideal price due to the market, Pauls great efforts impressed us. Theres nothing I can blame on him.
